BRIDGE BUILDERS OF EPSILON PSI UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTER
Epsilon Psi Undergraduate Chapter was formed with the purpose of joining young men with scholarly aspirations at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. On January 1, 1968 this idea became a reality through the dedication and vision of the Chapter Founders after they submitted a letter to International Headquarters in October 1967. Founders: Bro. George Shaver, Bro. Wendell Smith, Bro. Hubert C. Hutcheson, Bro. Ewing Loftin, and Bro. Mayhugh Sneed.
Since then, Epsilon Psi has continued to provide an opportunity for young men to be productive in at the college level and in the greater Wichita area. Many brothers from Epsilon Psi have graduated and transitioned to Gamma Upsilon, thereby allowing Omega to have that much more influence in community for many years. Brothers are educationally equipped and have gone on to be many things; lawyers, law enforcement officers, doctors, teachers, military officers, and much more. Many are well known not only in Wichita, but across the Midwest and the United States
Epsilon Psi provides the young college men the foundation to do well with the Cardinal Prinpciles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. With these principles as underpinnings, it makes it easy for them to perform "Service" on and off campus.
